I can't imagine that the wizarding adults would want to risk it, or 
draw attention to their kind.  And it isn't just a case of what 
children might say - it's what the wizarding children might do.  Just 
imagine how much trouble Draco, or even the twins for that matter, 
could cause.  Particularly bearing in mind what Harry achieved quite 
by accident.
