Wizarding primary schools again

Muggle born children would go to muggle schools prior to finding out 
about magic. Wizard parents may have an open option to send there 
kids to muggle school. I agree that Draco probably attended a private 
school. [mentioned earlier] 

Wizard children 'dabble in magic'?: My kids try to do things they are 
not old enough for. Mostly harmless, no aunt attacks yet. Surge of 
anger? My kids have definitely done that.

children *do* dabble in magic, but they're not formally schooled 
until Hogwarts.
