I don't know how it is in Britain, but in the US there are definitely
"teacher's aides" who help with the teaching, grading, tutoring of students,
etc.  There are even some University "aides" who do *all* the teaching
while the Professor is out researching, writing, spying on Evil Overlords, &c.

Wouldn't be funny if suddenly Harry and Ron got top marks in Potions,
because assistant Potions mistress Fleur Delacour was actually grading
them fairly!
