I think Harry's whereabouts, when not at school, is concealed under a 
Fidelius charm, so Voldemort could apparate in Harry's bedroom and not find 
him.  The question is, who is the secret keeper?  Dumbledore would be the 
obvious answer, but maybe he thought it would be better to chose someone 
less obvious.  Any suggestions?
