My choice for Dumbledore would have been Sir Derek Jacobi.  He can 
pull off the concern, michieviousness, and "twinkling eyes" bit 
perfectly, IMO.  

About the hair and beard; Dumbledore *is* described as having hair 
and beard long enough to tuck into his belt (PS, p.12).  I miss the 
eyes in the still, but it is in the hospital scene, so maybe that's 
why.
