Nice.  I have two quibbles:
1.  What if (like most wizards) you're not an animagus?
2.  Lupin says the patronus is "unique to the wizard that conjures it",
    so James and Harry can't have the same one.  And we don't know that
    if Harry became an animagus (and hasn't JKR said he won't?) he
    would be a stag.

I do like the idea of Rita Skeeter's patronus being a beetle, though! :)
