The problem with this point of view I bleieve is that you paint a picture in 
your mind of what a character looks like and no actor will ever live up to 
what is in your minds eye.The reason that books are consistenly more popular 
than movies when the are the same plot or the same book. You will always be 
able to imagine things in your head much better then you can on the screen.

I think that a lot of Draco's evilness is in his character and not 
necessarily in what  he looks like. Also we have to remember that the 
character is 11 year olds how many 11 year olds to you know that look evil??
