Harry seemed to have had a perfectly normal
wristwatch, but we only see it mentioned, IIRC, after
it's busted when he goes swimming in the lake in it. 
After that, Harry keeps looking at Ron's watch in
class to see how much time is left.  No description of
it, though, so it could be a wizard watch and Harry
just finds it normal by now.

Come to think of it, Hermione says that "all those
things Muggles use instead of magic" don't work on
Hogwarts grounds.  So a normal Muggle wristwatch would
probably break.  Hmm...okay, never mind.  THis post
had no purpose. <g>
