Plus, it shows the blatant disregard for human life that Voldemort 
has. He just doesn't care. He doesn't even think twice about 
murdering a 17 year old boy who has done *nothing.* Cedric wasn't 
given the chance to fight back, Harry couldn't defend him, it was 
just over. Like a drive-by shooting that hits the wrong person.
