Since astronomically speaking "Full Moon" is an instantaneous event
(when the moon is in exact opposition to the sun). Your theory "Lunar
influence" makes sense. Maybe out in the open on a clear night he
transform when the moon is 95% Full, but the moon has to be 98%
or 99% Full to break through barriers like walls and clouds.
