What Marge thought is memory charmed away, as mentioned by others.  
However, I think that the accidental magic reversal squad who dealt 
with this incident may well have threatened Vernon and Petunia with 
NOT modifying her memory in order to get them to agree to have Harry 
back next summer.  I just don't see how else they could have talked 
them round - but with Marge hopping mad and threatening all-sorts of 
revelations they had an ideal bargaining position.
