Pettigrew's House

I'm new, too, and I've a further question on the same topic. Hagrid 
said, in the first book, that every wizard who ever went bad was in 
Slytherin. Does this mean that Sirius Black was in Slytherin? (We 
know he didn't go bad, but Hagrid certainly thinks he did.)
