I don't know why so many people think this.  It was fairly obvious, to me 
at least, that Hagrid was just making a broad generalization.and it wasnt 
meant to be taken literally.  Exaggerating for dramatic effect. That 
comment is most definitely NOT evidence that Sirius was a Slytherin.
