The exact wording is, "That brings her total of real predictions up
to two. I should offer her a pay raise...."
The second prediction included the words, "The Dark Lord will rise
again with his servant's aid, greater and more terrible than ever he
was."
That portion had not happened yet. For that matter, it hasn't fully
happened by the end of GoF either.
The point? The point is that he is calling it a "real" prediction,
even though it hadn't fully come to pass yet.
