I am shutting down this thread now. The post that was replied to 
dates from Sunday, June 3 - in other words, over 2 months ago. Any 
reply to it would be outdated by this point. 

If one of the mods wants to overrule this elfin decision, that's 
fine. But for now, any replies should be kept offlist.
