I, uh, respectfully disagree. Vehmently, even. I
doubt many young wizards learn how to deal with, oh,
boggarts while on the street, shopping for next year's
spellbooks.

The possibility of a lawsuit is vastly different from
something already banned by law, I think <g>. Wasn't
it said in one of the books that 6th and 7th year
students get to learn 'real' stuff? Crouch Jr. as
Moody only brought it a few years forward.
