Maybe even if there are no universities, there are professional societies
which train their members - something akin to the American Psychological
Association. We know that Lockhart is a member of the Dark Force Defense
League, and Dumbledore is a member of a whole bunch of organizations. So
maybe they confer their own degrees and honors, apart from large
organized universities. So Bill could become a "Curse Breaking
Specialist, first class with some experience in Egyptology." etc. And
Madam Pomfrey, upon graduation from Hogwarts, might have worked at St.
Mungo's and gotten the wizarding equivilent of a "nurse practitioner"
specialization.
Robyn, who thinks Deva is doing just fine at mature thinking and
communicating.
