I rather suspect that Dumbledore and Gandalf would understand each 
other perfectly and have no problem with the way the other handles 
their affairs.  

I am sure that they would both be rather amused by our discussion and 
would attempt to steer it away from themselves like Dumbledore did 
with the above earmuff comment.
