Pettigrew vs. Lucius

I agree with the idea that malfoy is more evil than pettigrew, but i 
almost see pettigrew as more dangerous.  His fear and willingness to 
give up his "friends" seems to pose at least as much of a threat as 
malfoy, who is totally out for himself and not as much willing to 
risk his position and wealth.  Malfoy will always pretend to be 
whatever will give him the most power, but he will never risk 
himself, IMO.  Remember he reminds Draco that being mean to Harry may 
not be in their best interest (not exact words from when haryy 
overhears them in knockturn alley, i think).  Pettigrew has already 
lost everything and therefore has nothing to lose.  His fears of 
Voldie will overcome any sensibilities he may have.
