Creatures like grindylows, redcaps, kappas, etc., are taught about in 
DADA because they *are* Dark creatures.  (that is, IIRC)

Care of Magical Creatures covers everything from flobberworms (is 
there *any* use for these?) to unicorns to hippogriffs.  In other 
words, creatures that are *not* Dark creatures. 

Pixies aren't really Dark creatures, they just seem to be annoying as 
heck!
