It certainly is interesting! I remember hearing a rumor a while back
(and that may be all it is, a rumor) to the effect that someone who
hasn't done any magic so far will be doing something magical later in
life, in a later book, and I immediately assumed it to be Petunia.
There are other options too, of course, like Filch or Mrs. Figg (if
she is a squib, which I personally don't think), but I would enjoy
seeing the Dursleys become more open to the magical world, even if
their dislike of it makes for very funny reading. What makes you
think that Petunia doesn't like Aunt Marge, though? Did I miss
something?
