Petunia says her parents were proud to have a witch in the family.  
If Petunia is a witch, she would have received a letter from Hogwarts 
when she was 11, right?  Why wouldn't she have gone to Hogwarts?  
Wouldn't her parents have been just as proud of her as they were of 
Lily, when they found out she was a witch?
