Well I've been reading all these Petunia witch theories and I thought I would 
share something interesting I found out.  According to JK Rowling someone 
will start using magic in future books who never had powers before, right?  
So if it is Petunia then she didn't KNOW she had powers.  I think they might 
have just been awakened by something stressful (perhaps we all have a little 
magic in us).
