I saw it happening this way: Harry dove and grabbed
Cedric's right wrist (if they were oriented the same
way) with his left hand. He used his right to Accio
the  portkey and catch it. He lands on his stomach
with the hand holding on to Cedric under him.
Dumbledore rolls Harry to his right so that his arm is
straight out and still holding on to Cedric's wrist.
