Could anything be funnier than Neville's boggart?  It starts out as 
Snape, then he imagines Snape dressed like his grandmother, complete 
with the vulture-topped hat.  THEN, to top it off, Snape gets the 
Christmas cracker which emits the vulture-topped hat, which 
Dumbledore quickly claims for his own.  My kids and I just crack up 
at this...
