Just uploaded also: 
complete differences between the British and US editions, every 
changed word, etc. I've uploaded SS and CS so far and hope to get the 
rest put together tonight yet. You can find these and other language

And the reason I brought up the annotated version in the first place 
is that I've been working on one. I have the first couple of chapters 
of SS done. Some folks around here know I've been talking about this 
idea for some time.

In the meantime, you should really check out the resources on the 
Lexicon. I added the "fairy lights" bit to the Strictly British page 
earlier this evening.
