I am not 100% certain but I believe Amazon.com or
Barnes and Noble online (sorry don't remember the URL
at the moment) will allow you to preorder (they send
you an e-mail to make sure before they send it).  They
take credit cards(obviously), check cards, and money
orders.  Hope that helps.
