Is Draco Evil & a true enemy of Harrys'?

I kind of like this idea. As Snape proved, you can be "reformed" and 
still not be a pleasant person. If Draco were to go over to 
Dumbledore's side, there's still no reason to assume that he and 
Harry will ever get along. 

I'm not sure where I stand on Draco yet. He's an interesting 
character, for sure, but I have no idea if he's truly evil, or will 
eventually turn away from his father. When I read, it's more of 
an "along for the ride" thing. I'm sure I'll enjoy it however it 
turns out!
