Agreed, some villians can be 3-D, but I think that if a character 
acts evil with the only motive being that he is evil with no reason 
for him to be evil other than he was born that way, then that's 
pretty 2-D. If Draco just continues to do exactly what his father 
does and joins the Death Eaters with no independant thought and with 
no regrets about it, than he would be considered 2-D.
