But doesn't Voldemort know Harry is with his relatives?  Or does the 
Fidelius Charm merely conceal location? Which leads to the next 
question, who is the secret-keeper?  Does V know it's Dumbledore and 
that's why V says it's thanks to Dumbledore he can't get to Harry 
while he's at his relatives?  Because he knows he will never get the 
information out of Dumbledore?  I guess that was a few questions!
