In my opinion, Dumbledore will definitely be dying soon (if not Book 5, then 
Book 6).  He is old, and it's true that Harry has noticed this on many 
occasions.  It seems that Professor Trelawney, the Divination teacher, has 
been set up as a medium, as shown in PoA when she makes the "second real 
prediction she's ever made," (concerning Lord Voldemort and how he will rise 
up to power because his servant will go to him).   I believe Dumbledore will 
be able to speak to the trio - Harry, Ron, and Hermione - through Professor 
Trelawney, after he passes on.
