Oh, what a fascinating idea! I'm rather thinking that such a drastic change would have been noticed by Harry during the Leaving Feast at the end of GOF, though.
Still, it JKR were to do something like this, you could get all sorts of Lugh-derived schtick out of it; that could be fun. Hrm... could I pretty please and with proper attribution borrow this idea for a fic I'm developing?
