The first idea that comes to my mind is the room behind the staff table Harry 
goes into with the other champions. Or maybe it could even be the kitchen.  
I'm not too sure about the 'magical properties' though.Were there any other 
new rooms mentioned? I've forgotten.

What about the room with the chamber pots? Dumbledore finds it and we hear 
about it at the Yule Ball I guess.
