Sirius has yellow teeth because he has been in prison for 12 years, 
and has probably been unable to practise good dental hygiene - I'm 
sure it was very low on his list of priorities.

Honestly, I think all this yellow teeth business is a bit far-fetched 
(but bear in mind this is coming from someone who thinks Snape is at 
least partly a vampire!)
