Well, there is that little snippet in PS/SS when Dumbledore comes 
upon Harry by surprise in the Mirror of Erised room. Dumbledore says 
he does not need a Cloak to become invisible, but I rather wonder 
whether he might be able to take the form of some small (flying?) 
animal. Could be very useful, and obviously worth keeping quiet.
