It sounds logical, tho i would imagine it would be up to the 
defendent...while falsities may be abolished by Veritaserum, other 
truths might be revealed of a personal nature...for example, the fact 
that Sirius is an unregistered animagi, or that Barty Crouch 
regularly attended strip clubs.  However, I would expect people as 
desperate as Sirius to be willing to try Veritaserum, and convicted 
Death Eaters to be forced to take Veritaserum to divulge the 
whereabouts of Voldemort.  I don't know.  Anyone else?  T.
