Of course, if we take as true the figure of 1000 Hogwarts students, 
this would mean there should be some 110 Ravencaw students in Harry's 
years. Even if it's half that figure, it would be reason enough for 
them to have clases on their own (being so many that they fill the 
clasrooms on their own)
