But I still think teenagers being teenagers, they *will* find ways to do 
the deed.  And really, with the wizarding world's almost medieval attitude, 
students in their late teens can't be seen as that young.  I think the kids 
will just be very...creative.  Heck, even I can think up solutions to the 
few problems listed.  Dorm rooms: one can always bribe one's 
roommates.  Outdoors: find a few blankets and tell the other person that 
it's all the more reason to cuddle up close.   Common rooms: hide under a 
blanket and time it well.  Empty classrooms:  lock the doors!  And don't 
forget, teenage boys, well, don't last long usually.  It'll be over in minutes.

Yes, regular, weekly activities might be a bit more difficult, but for the 
first times, I think we can safely assume that they will find a way.

And um, boarding schools being boarding schools...  one can always slip 
under a roommate's blankets (I'm *not* trying to start that particular 
discussion again, but I think it's very possible).
