alright, first things first

I don't think this makes much sense. Isn't Lupin supposed to be a
great wizard, to have been chosen to be the DADA teacher? He *has*
proved that, not only by being the classes' favourite DADA teacher,
and how he cast that 'waddiwasi' spell on Peeves. I think he would at
least be able to cast some charm to properly put his name on his
briefcase
About sex in HP... well, there's one place all of you missed out -
the invisibility section in the library. I found this out in my
umpteenth re-reading of CoS. While Harry is spying on the Hufflepuffs
talking about him, he is "hidden in the Invisibility section". Isn't
this a *great* place for snogging and such - it's private, and people
will rarely bump into them. The problem is, what's the use of an
invisible invisibility section in a library???
The Triwizard Cup as a portkey: this has been bugging me every time I
read GoF. I saw the question mentioned the the FAQ, but there was no
answer. So now, i pose the question again: If the Triwizard Cup was a
portkey, and portkey's are activated at a specific time, how did
Harry and Cedric get transported to Voldemort upon touching the Cup?
I was thinking maybe Crouch put some spell on it or something, but
that doesn't sound right.
Lastly - the question about the Order Of The Phoenix. Exactly *what*
is the Order Of The Phoenix? The Lexicon says its probably some group
of wizards and witches, gathered together under this name, to fight
Voldemort and the Death Eaters. Another source (some fan-fiction, I
can't remember which exactly) said that the Order of the Phoenix is
some sort of honorory medal, like the Order of Merlin, etc. That
makes sense, but I have another theory: The Unspeakables. They were
first mentioned in GoF, and I was thinking, perhaps they are like
some kind of 'Emergency Police', put to use when a national emergency
like the return of Voldemort occurs. I *know* it's a wacky idea :).
What do you think?
