1. Albus Dumbledore - Dumbledore is one of the few people Harry
trusts with EVERYTHING, and has played an important role in the past
experiences in Harry's life (getting him out of the Chamber of the
Sorcerer's Stone, sending Fawkes and the sorting hat to him,
interpreting and understanding Harry's very-important dreams). He
also inspires Harry through some of the many great lines he has
spoken throughout the books.

2. James & Lily Potter - Ok, ok I know they're both dead, but I truly
believe Harry has learned so much in their absence. I'm sure, had
they been alive their importance in his life would be GREATER. But, I
think the memory of both of his two parents pushes him to succeed.

3. Sirius Black - if anyone has been like a father to Harry, it's
him. The effect he's had on Harry's life in such a short amount of
time is tremendous.

4. The Dursleys - they taught Harry a lot more than he would probably
like to believe. I believe that they have taught him what he can deal
with, and (indirectly, of course) what he deserves to be treated like.

5. Ron and Molly Weasley - Ron is Harry's best friend; almost his
brother and the importance of that relationship is quite significant
throughout Harry's life. Molly has been the closest to a mother that
Harry has ever known. I think the part in GoF describes this
relationship perfectly: "He had no memory of ever being hugged like
this, as though by a mother. The full weight of everything he had
seen that night seemed to fall in upon him as Mrs. Weasley held him
to her." (GoF 36)
