Too be honest, I never got the impression that HArry would be prefect of
Head Boy. But that might be because he's constantly be hunted and
therefor pre-occupied. I'm not sure about Ron. I'm hoping he'll make it
on the Quidditch team, or find someway to earn some fame of his own, but
I don't see Head Boy for him either. I think, once the twins have left,
Ron will make more of a mark. But I don't see him captain of the team
until Fred and George are gone.

Rowling has stated that we'll meet the real Moody, and he's even cooler
than the fake Moody.
