Who are you shouting at?
Not going to go back and check my exact wording in each message, but
at one point I know I (at least) said that Nagini "suckled" Voldemort
(or something along those lines) *which is true*. One creature can
SUCKLE another creature without the other creature actually drinking
straight from it; it's the act of providing nurturing sustenance from
one's body ~ i.e., I'll *suckle* a newborn calf by feeding it from a
bottle. As opposed to *suckle from* (which you paraphrase above),
which is the act of the one drinking directly from the other.
And as for the snake/phoenix thing, I *know* that the phoenix rebirth
cycle is more literal. However, in mythology the snake represents
the rebirth cycle as well, *because of the whole shedding it's skin
thing* ~ ancient symbol of shedding 'dead life' and being 'reborn.'
And imho, the snake would rep Voldemort better, esp. because (as I
checked last night) JKR's Fantastic Beasts book describes the phoenix
as a gentle, pure creature who tends to make the unpure skeered.
Hence, if pinned down, I'd place my bets on 'Order of the Phoenix'
referring to the good guys. As I said, elsewhere before in that there
other post of mine yesterday....
