I agree with Katze. I think that Mrs. Figg will most likely be the new DADA 
teacher. Rowling has confirmed that there will be a female DADA professor, 
there's a need for a new DADA prof., and Dumbledore told Siruis to 'round up 
the old gang' again, and he mentions Figg's name. I believe that there is a 
chance that Fleur will cover for CoMC if Hagrid is still off dealing with the 
giants. She seems capable to deal with magical creatures, as seen in GoF, 
when she charms the dragon. I believe Fleur will be able to handle magical 
creatures. Also, she says in the end of GoF that she'd like to get a job at 
'Ogwarts, to improve her engleesh. :)
