I don't think canon tells us Neville's birth date specifically.  The 
Lexicon lists it as the same year as Harry (1980), but that might be 
based on the general assumption that all Gryffindors in Harry's year 
have the same birth year.  (Steve?)  If it is the same birth year, 
then Neville might actually be younger than Harry.

In any event, I observed that Tabouli did indeed outdo herself in 
devising the acronym for the Memory Charm group, and I'm quite bitter 
about it.  I've petitioned Tabouli off-list for a snappy acronym for 
the Reverse Memory Charm group's two members.  I have asked that it 
be much longer than D.E.P.R.E.C.I.A.T.I.O.N., too.  :-)  I am hoping 
she is going to sleep on it.
