I've never read anything from Rowling that ever hinted at someone
betraying Harry. I just don't think it will happen. At least willingly.
Even with Ron's jealousy, I don't see it. Hermione wouldn't have any
reason. She's always been on Harry's side, just like Ron.
I could see someone unintentionally betraying him, but not flat out
determined to betray him. I don't see Ron going to the Dark side. I
don't think that would flow right with the story. I could see some minor
characters doing so, but not Ron. I would actually be quite disappointed
if this happened.
I could actually see Harry becoming an outcast at some point. Reason
why...if the protection at Hogwarts and the Dursleys is not enough, and
people seem to die around Harry, I could see people looking at him as
bad omen. Something like "If you're around Harry, someone's gonna die".
Though, I think this scenario is unlikely.
