(BTW, the subject is Draco's View of You-Know-Who)

He gives off the impression that he knows his father aids Voldemort. When
Harry and Ron talk to him in CoS, disguised as Draco's cronies, he boasts
about his father's connection to the dark arts (and his secret storage
place). When the Evil Trio meets the Good Trio on the train at the end of
GoF, Draco says that his father has connections with the Dark Lord. He says
that when Voldemort takes over, he will make a Utopian society, with only
full-blood magicians.

So, what is Draco's view of Voldemort? Does he think of Voldemort as a
savior, "saving" the magical world from the taint that it has received by
consorting with half-bloods and Muggle-lovers?

I think that Draco was raised with full knowledge of the fact that Lucius
was a Death-Eater. However, Lucius must have raised Draco with the fact
that Voldemort was driven out of power by the corruption in the magical
world. All of the Death-Eaters must have twisted their children in this
manner, to ensure that their own children would not turn against them when
the Dark Lord once again came to power.

So, I believe that Draco does not seriously believe the claims of the other
wizards of Voldemort's evil. Even though Draco calls it the Dark Arts,
Draco must be calling it that to differentiate it from the "normal" wizardry
of the muggle-lovers. I think political or historical references
(especially to WWII Germany) are not allowed, so just think of a
nationalistic fanatic who has been raised up to hate capitalism.

Did that make sense? If this has already been stated before, I apologize
and go back to my dark hole in the Web.
