Genie as a Magical Person/Creature

Aside from the mention of the possibility that a genie is contained in the 
Golden Snitch, what are the chances of Dumbledore recuiting one or more for 
the forthcoming battles against LV and Fudge?

There seems to be an entire class of magical creatures to be included.

There are any number of wizards from the native geographical location of 
genies (flying carpets, anyone?) [GoF}.
