Are you hinting that you think Rita Skeeter might be a DE? If so it seems 
unlikely because in the Pensieve chapter Rita was there reporting the 
trials. Maybe she was already cleared though. Rowling likes to surprise us 
but this theory doesn't really seem to roll well. She's probably just a nosy 
reporter doing illegal things tio get the juicy stuff on people. And if you 
weren't  hinting that she's is/was a DE what were you hinting at?
