This has all been covered before and Cyndy added clips 
from previous discussion that made reference to Moody. 
I had always assumed that this reference early in the 
book was to Moody. At that point Moody hadn't been 
captured yet, and the reference to someone dying was 
about killing Moody when he had outlived his usefullness.
Some people seem to have assumed that the person in 
question would be immediatley killed, although I took
it as a discussion of an overal plan rather than a
statement of immediate action.

Anyway, unless Rowlings clears it up for us, we are all
just specilating.
