This is one of the things she addresses on the BBC interview, she says she is definitely not a witch and that she "(doesn't) believe in witchcraft" and also that "95% of the spells are made up".
I think that is the truth as all of us who watched it saw it come out of her own mouth (plus the countless times she must have said it on US TV)
